Inter RAO not to buy Reftinskaya GRES power plant

KAZAN, Jul 14 (PRIME) -- Power holding Inter RAO will not buy the Reftinskaya GRES power plant from Enel Russia, Ilnar Mirsiyapov, member of Inter RAO’s management board, told reporters on Friday.

“We will not go there. We have made a final decision, and it is no,” he said.

Inter RAO is not interested in buying a single GRES power plant.

In June, Enel Russia CEO Carlo Villamagna said that the company may pay special dividends if it sells the Reftinskaya GRES plant. CFO Yuliya Matyushkova said then that its book value is about 37 billion rubles, as calculated under Russian Accounting Standards.
